Baird, Brandon L.
Brandon Baird is accredited for research in Spain, France, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, Peru, Colombia-Panama, Chile, Argentina-Uruguay, Venezuela, and Brazil. I was born and raised in Northeastern Arizona. My love for genealogy started as a young child in cub scouts. After serving a mission in the Spain Barcelona Mission, I attended and graduated from BYU with a BA in Family History and Genealogy. I started working at the Family History Library in the summer of 2013 as a part-time Latin America Research Specialist. In March of 2014, I was hired full time and have continued as a Latin America Research Specialist. As a Latin America Research Specialist, I assist individuals in researching their Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and French ancestors. In 2017, I graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters of Education in Instructional Design and Educational Technology. I teach at conferences both National and International on a variety of genealogical topics, as well as at the Family History Library.
