Note: Some professionals are accredited in regions that are no longer offered or in regions that have been reconfigured. Their accreditations have been grandfathered. This is no reflection on the professionals as they are equally accredited.
Auerbach, Geri
Geri Cochran Auerbach is accredited for research in the United States Northwest Region. Geri is a 5th generation Westerner and she has more than 20 years of genealogical research experience. She has a passion for the genealogy and history of this region. She is the co-editor of The Forum Insider, the newsletter of the Genealogical Forum of Oregon, which won the National Genealogical Society award for Large Genealogical Society Newsletter in May 2022. As a resident of Portland, Oregon and a member of local genealogical and history libraries, Geri has easy access to the original land records of the Oregon Territory as well as other original records of this region. She is also available as a lecturer for genealogical societies and libraries.
