Biography:

Camille is a co-creator of DecipherInk, an app aimed at teaching people to read genealogical records.

She worked as a Research Consultant at the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City, UT from 2018-2023 and now works on the Europe Tree Building team for FamilySearch.

Camille, a Wisconsin native, earned a BA in Family History/Genealogy with a minor in German from Brigham Young University. She has served as a commissioner for ICAPGen, as a vice president of the Intermountain chapter of the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia (AHSGR), and on the board for the Foundation for East European Family History Studies (FEEFHS).

She has presented at conferences put on by the International German Genealogy Partnership, National Genealogical Society, RootsTech, Southern California Genealogical Society, Foundation for East European Family History Studies, Heritage Education Commission, Sacramento German Genealogical Society, and Utah Genealogical Association.
